Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 almost all work places are required to have a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment . The fire risk assessment of any premises must be undertaken by a competent person and any shortfalls in its undertaking may lead to failings in the identification of the areas to be addressed.

AFS provides a full fire risk assessment service using fire industry specialists with accredited qualifications and full professional indemnity. Each assessment will ensure that a concise and coherent action plan is included to remedy any shortfalls that may have been identified during the process in a format that works best for your organisation. The assessor will ensure discretion in the work place at all times to minimise any inconvenience, and surveys can be undertaken outside of normal working hours if so required.

Our assessors have many years of experience gained within the Fire and Rescue Service. AFS combines this operational experience with fire safety and surveying expertise in order to ensure the maximum protection is afforded to your premises or business.
